Job Summary
Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner while accurately operating multiple POS systems to sell arcade cards. Ensure all games are working properly by reporting major equipment problems to management and assisting guests with gameplay or payment issues. Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels for the redemption center, while keeping the arcade area clean and organized. Promote center offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food and drinks. This part-time evening or night shift role requires weekend availability at one location and includes free bowling, $1 arcade play, and 20% off events.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- A commitment to great guest service (friendly, gracious, always willing to help)
- Solid communication skills

- Proven success in school/previous job experience
