Job Summary
Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensure all arcade games are functioning properly. Report major equipment issues to management and assist guests with gameplay or payment difficulties. Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards, then unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels for the redemption center. Keep the arcade area clean and organized while promoting center offerings like bowling, billiards, and food. This role requires a commitment to great guest service and solid communication skills. Evening and night shifts are available with weekend availability, offering free bowling and $1 arcade play as part of the total rewards package.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position
- A commitment to great guest service (friendly, gracious, always willing to help)
- Solid communication skills
- Strong team player
- Proven success in school/previous job experience
- Must be available for weekend availability
