Amusement Attendant

Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensure all arcade games are functioning properly. Assist guests with gameplay or payment issues while accurately operating POS systems to sell arcade cards. Report major equipment problems to management and maintain a clean, organized arcade area. Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels for the redemption center. Promote center offerings including bowling, billiards, and food and beverages. This role requires a commitment to great guest service and solid communication skills. Evening and night shifts are available with weekend availability.
