Amusement Attendant

Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner while accurately operating multiple POS systems to sell arcade cards. Ensure all games are working properly by reporting major equipment issues to management and assisting guests with gameplay or payment difficulties. Promote center offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food and drinks while unloading, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels. Keep the arcade area clean and organized throughout your shift. This role requires a commitment to great guest service, strong communication skills, and teamwork within a vibrant atmosphere.
