Amusement Associate (Arcade)

Job Summary
Engage customers to determine if their needs are met, maintain inventory levels in amusement games, and keep games and counters clean and visibly attractive. Respond politely to customer requests, answer phone calls for general inquiries, and perform special projects as assigned by management. Conduct alcohol and age restriction controls, manage lost and found procedures, and maintain a clean, safe working area while complying with all company policies. This role requires a high school diploma, one to two years of hospitality or retail experience, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs in a loud, active bowling center/arcade environment. Employees receive weekly arcade games, bowling, and karaoke, plus a 50% food discount and complimentary beverages per shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times
- Ability to use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance
