Job Summary
Manage arcade and crane operations by supervising staff, planning schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. Provide superior customer service by explaining game rules, resolving machine malfunctions, and performing minor repairs. Achieve targeted sales goals through inventory monitoring, cash management, and optimizing store displays for traffic flow. Conduct regular audits for alcohol and age restrictions while enforcing local, state, and federal regulations. Requires 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, open availability for nights and weekends, and must be at least 21 years old.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Open availability, especially nights and weekends
- At least 21 years or older
- 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the arcade / entertainment industries
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces
- Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times
- Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance
