Amusement (Arcade) Associate

Engage customers to determine if their needs are met, maintain inventory levels in amusement games, and keep games and counters clean and visibly attractive. Respond politely to customer requests and answer all general phone inquiries. Perform special projects and conduct alcohol and age restriction checks per company policies. Maintain a clean and safe working area while managing lost and found procedures. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of hospitality or retail experience, and availability for nights and weekends. Work in a loud, active bowling center environment involving extended standing, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.
