AMS Senior Engineer

Own and drive AMS implementation activities from specification review through tape-out, leading front-end and back-end design reviews to ensure compliance with design methodologies and quality standards. Conduct post-silicon validation, characterization, debugging, and root-cause analysis of fabricated devices, while collaborating with project managers to identify risks and estimate effort against milestones. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new tools and methodologies to enhance design quality and team effectiveness. Work independently on analyzing design, tool, and technology problems, implementing repeatable solutions that integrate well within the implementation flow. Ensure compliance with company design processes and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle, supporting customer and system teams in technical discussions regarding design performance and silicon bring-up.
