Job Summary
AMS Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant responsible for providing strategic support for Workday HCM Recruiting, leading deployment activities as part of a deployment team or coaching others, gathering and documenting client requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, developing prototype demonstrations, assisting in testing, and transferring knowledge to clients. You will work with confidential client/data conversion teams to migrate legacy data, assist the integration consulting team with configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions, mentor new consultants, and maintain high client satisfaction through effective communication, status reporting, and adoption of Workday best practices. This role emphasizes collaboration, continuous education, and delivering innovative solutions to maximize client value, with expected travel of +/-5% depending on project. The position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Current Workday Partner HCM Certification and/or Recruiting Certification
- 4+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll/Absence and/or Time Tracking/Compensation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
