AMR Team Manager

Job Summary
Develop AMR Commodity strategy to improve cost, quality, supply continuity, and supplier performance while aligning with Global AMR goals. Lead sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities to deliver commercial value and support operational priorities. Oversee daily procurement and operational support activities, manage team capacity and workload distribution, and implement low- to high-complexity projects that support business growth. Establish performance metrics against vendor performance, cash flow, and service level agreements, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Promote process standardization, automation, and best practices to improve efficiency, partnering with Global SSO to align governance standards and performance metrics. Lead team members through recruitment, onboarding, goal setting, and succession planning while fostering a culture of learning and accountability. Partner with Global AMR, Regional Delivery Teams, and suppliers to understand priorities, communicate performance results, and facilitate collaboration for customer-focused solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related function
- at least 1 year in a people-leadership role
- Experience in supplier management
