Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for driving Sales and Sponsorship Partnerships from a portfolio of agencies, brands, and direct clients by creating and selling effective media solutions including reserved and non-reserved ads, programmatic buying, white label events, and influencer activations. Own and execute revenue targets, develop new and existing client relationships, leverage ad-tech knowledge to expand Rivals Ampverse DMI’s media suite, lead private programmatic partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and measurable ROI. Must possess proven sales success in gaming/entertainment/esports, strong analytics, storytelling, and the ability to craft compelling pitches and strategic media plans for a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, or brand partnerships
- experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, DMP, or other online advertising company
- analytics and data interpretation skills including CPM, CPV, CPI, CPL
- strong client relationship management
- deep understanding of gaming, esports, and live streaming
- exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- strategic thinking with ability to develop actionable media plans
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with programmatic advertising, branded content, influencer marketing, sponsorship selling, and white label events
