Job Summary
Amplify Programs Analyst responsible for the delivery of Amplify Program initiatives within QTS. You will own requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment to our customers, and you will partner with Amplify Program leadership to deliver enterprise-aligned outcomes for internal and external stakeholders. You will develop and deliver program solutions and insights aligned to evolving business priorities, oversee program platforms and data accuracy, manage logistics across events and engagements, conduct ad hoc research to inform new concepts, lead cross-functional solutioning, maintain stakeholder communications, advise on risks and mitigation, drive post-initiative reviews, and adapt strategies as executive priorities shift. A strong emphasis is placed on data analysis, reporting, collaboration with diverse teams, and the ability to translate feedback into actionable program direction.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in human resources, business or program operations, or similar role
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and aggregation
- Knowledge of operations reporting and analytics
- Willingness to be included in deep dive discussions to gather well measured requirements
