Amplify Product Manager – Native Performance Team

Job Summary
Orchestrate AI and automation features within the Amplify platform, including automated campaign creation and dynamic setup recommendations. Own the Native Performance feature roadmap by translating business needs into specs, managing the backlog, and leading sprint planning and retrospectives. Conduct competitive analysis to champion new opportunities and drive worldwide feature rollouts with marketing and campaign management teams. Align cross-functional squads including sales, data science, and engineering to maintain pipeline velocity and ensure seamless transitions. Maintain a pragmatic, solution-driven mindset to propose bold platform improvements and measure incremental outcomes across global commercial teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product management experience
- specifically within AdTech, digital advertising, or a related high-growth platform environment
- Solid understanding of native advertising formats
- performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, ROI)
- campaign management workflows
- A proven history of translating business objectives into platform solutions
- successfully shipping impactful product features
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- high degree of comfort using data to drive roadmap prioritization and product decisions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Right to work in Israel without future visa sponsorship requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working directly with DSPs, SSPs, native ad networks, or global ad-buying tools
- Experience building or managing products powered by AI/ML algorithms or automated optimization workflows
- Practical experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced agile development environment
