Job Summary
As a Senior Director-level role, oversees CCO Functions' 3-year strategic planning and implementation, leading cross-functional strategic initiatives including product/value proposition planning, financial planning, and group communications. Develops detailed annual implementation plans aligned with the three-year strategy, coordinates stakeholder oversight to ensure key initiatives are executed, tracks progress against KPIs, and identifies improvements. Delivers valuable business insights through integrated operating analysis, leads cross-functional project management across the full project life cycle (progress tracking, evaluation, and reporting), and manages cross-functional communications to ensure high-quality decision support for management. Also leads investor relations activities, engages with industry peers, and gathers frontline industry insights to inform strategic decisions. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 10+ years of strategic planning experience in the life insurance sector, strong strategic thinking, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and bilingual (Chinese/English) communication skills.
