Job Summary
Conduct client relationship management by evaluating financial needs, managing portfolios, and recommending suitable investment products based on risk profiles. Develop a book of business through prospecting, networking, and community engagement while meeting production targets that impact company revenue. Execute sales activities and client service duties including opening, transferring, and closing customer accounts, obtaining purchase instructions, and entering orders. Complete required program training, obtain mandatory licenses, and master assessments to meet minimum performance standards. Maintain appropriate account records and stay abreast of industry rules, regulations, and financial planning changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience
- demonstrating achievement in sales (preferably intangible) or business environment
- equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources
- SIE license
- Series 7 license
- Series 66 license
- Life, Health and Variable Annuity license
- High School (HS) diploma
- 7 to 12 months of general experience
- Less than 25% travel
- Resident workstyle
