Job Summary
Lead the Investment Compliance Technology team within the Asset Management Platform, owning the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Charles River-based compliance capabilities. Drive scalable, production-grade solutions to support front-office workflows, partnering with compliance teams, trading technology, product owners, architects, and delivery leads. Manage migration from on-prem to SaaS Charles River, build a high-performing team, align with enterprise standards, and ensure resilience, security, and governance while enabling evolving investment strategies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading an Investment Compliance Technology team on Charles River
- Delivered large-scale programmes in investment management or front-office tech
- Experience migrating Charles River to SaaS or operating CRD SaaS environment (advantage)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical designs and prioritized backlogs
- Experience building high-performing teams and cross-functional partnerships
- Strong understanding of portfolio management and investment workflows
- Experience with agile operating models and delivering with measurable business outcomes
