Job Summary
End-to-end Fraud Strategy Policy Owner and AML/CFT Lead for OVO Finansial’s lending products, balancing loss mitigation with regulatory compliance. Responsible for maintaining fraud losses within OKR targets, ensuring POJK/PPATK compliance, and overseeing AML/CFT activities including transaction monitoring, advisory, and policy formulation. Serves as primary interface for OJK and PPATK, managing audits, examinations, and mandatory regulatory submissions (STR, SIPESAT). Leads risk assessments for new lending features, monitors KYB/KYC gaps, designs dashboards and alert logic, and coordinates remediation across Fraud, Credit Risk, Collections, and Product teams. Oversees AML checks, PEP/sanctions screening, and Enhanced Due Diligence on lender partners and corporate beneficial owners. Requires 5+ years in fraud risk/AML within Indonesian fintech, strong regulatory knowledge, data-driven policy development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in fraud risk, AML/CFT, or financial crime strategy within Indonesian digital lending, fintech, or e-money
- Deep knowledge of lending fraud typologies (identity fraud, ATO, NPL patterns) and local AML/CFT frameworks (PPATK, STR, EDD)
- Regulatory liaison experience with OJK/BI/PPATK mandates (POJK 12/2024 and SEOJK 19/2025) and handling audits or acting as regulator spokesperson
- Ability to analyze fraud/AML metrics using SQL-based dashboards and translate data into actionable risk policies
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills to influence Product, Engineering, and Legal teams, and present risk positions to senior leadership
- Fully bilingual (Bahasa Indonesia/English) individual contributor capable of driving broad organizational impact
