Job Summary
Oversee AML/CTF compliance for funds and fund managers in Luxembourg, ensuring registration in GoAML and eDesk, reviewing name-screening hits, coordinating with counterparties, drafting/reviewing RC reports and governance documents, developing AML policies and risk assessments, conducting due diligence on service providers, supporting regulatory authorities’ inquiries, and contributing to board discussions. The role involves maintaining a robust regulatory watch, delivering training to staff, and participating in board meetings (up to ~4 per year) within a hybrid-working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant AML/CFT experience in Luxembourg (AIFM or similar)
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds
- Fluent in English; additional language is an asset
