AML Analyst, Officer - State Street Investment Management

The AML Analyst (Officer level) contributes to SSIM’s AML/KYC program by executing onboarding due diligence, periodic and event-driven KYC reviews, and ongoing AML monitoring. Responsibilities include performing AML/KYC risk assessments for new entities, identifying high-risk clients, monitoring activity for unusual patterns, reviewing entity structures and beneficial ownership, managing AML/KYC workflows, maintaining trackers, and supporting audits and regulatory reviews. Proficient use of approved AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance productivity, ensure accuracy, and align with internal policies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; AML certification (ACAMS) is advantageous; 4-7 years of relevant experience; strong data quality, reporting, and governance capabilities.
