Job Summary
Monitor and operate equipment to ensure a safe work environment for customers, contractors, and on-location personnel. Perform routine maintenance, clean units and tools, and check differential pressures, temperatures, filters, chemicals, and engines to ensure proper operation. Optimize plant output by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting machines while adjusting settings to complete tasks accurately. Record and transmit daily job logs, review historical data, and communicate with the office to control inventory restocking and parts usage. Read blueprints, interpret diagrams, and pass operator qualification tests. Requires 2+ years of amine operations experience, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and proficiency in MS Office.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, contractors, and employees
- Ability to work independently, while actively seeking out ways to assist the team
- Excellent judgment and discretion
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress
- Friendly, respectful, and customer service-oriented
- Proficient MS Office skills; Outlook, Excel, Word
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work productively in a team environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends
- 2+ years of amine operations and/or maintenance or related industry experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass an operator qualification test
- Requires operation of heavy equipment
- Requires employee to stand for up to 75% of the time
- Requires moving and maintaining self in different positions—stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Requires work in outdoor conditions, including extreme heat and extreme cold
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of amine operations and/or maintenance or related industry experience
- Formal vocational training
