Job Summary
Assess current curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and digital resources while researching regional workforce trends and accessibility standards. Develop standardized templates for workbooks, assessments, and evaluation tools, then document workflows using Scribe or approved platforms. Design and organize a centralized SharePoint library with clear metadata, access, and update procedures. Create or revise instructional videos, job aids, and digital learning tools to support workforce development. Commit to the full-time, year-long service term, complete required training and reporting, and demonstrate a commitment to expanding economic opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- AmeriCorps citizenship or lawful permanent resident
- Commitment to the full-time, year-long service term
- Completion of required VISTA training
- Completion of reporting requirements
- Demonstration of a commitment to addressing poverty and expanding economic opportunity
