AmeriCorps Service Member

Conduct direct community outreach to engage neighbors experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity while learning operational systems and guest services. Evaluate and improve volunteer onboarding, day-of-training processes, and resource coordination using tools like Asana. Support the development of training materials, documentation, and the Outreach Training Manual to create sustainable resources. Participate in both administrative and hands-on outdoor settings to strengthen connections between Outreach and Volunteer Services programs. This AmeriCorps service term runs September 2026–June 2027 with a Tuesday-to-Saturday flexible schedule, hosted at City Relief in Clifton, NJ, and sponsored by St. Paul's CDC.
