Job Summary

Provide direct customer service to litigants in a self-service environment by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests for court forms and resources. Assist customers with navigating court processes, locating services, and identifying community resources while maintaining confidentiality and tracking assistance via computer software. Participate in required AmeriCorps training, evaluations, and community service activities under general supervision. Complete assigned service hours between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours or weekend opportunities based on availability. Serve as a critical component of the PACS program to promote access to justice for all people in the Maricopa County community.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or legal permanent resident alien of the United States
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
