Job Summary
Lead Americas sales training initiatives by partnering with senior business segment managers to identify priorities and own the entire learning experience. Develop strategic development plans aligned with client and organizational priorities, define collaborative approaches to planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives, and provide thought leadership on high-complexity program requirements. Stay current on industry learning trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative solutions, manage the development budget and financial metrics for the specified client groups, and collaborate with HR to build transformation capabilities. Requires 7-10 years of experience in training, presentation, facilitation, consulting, or related field and a four-year or graduate degree in a related discipline. Salary ranges from $98,050 to $120,015 USD annually, with potential for bonus/equity; travel approximately 25%; full-time schedule; US benefits. Equal opportunity employer statement included.
