Job Summary
Senior Americas-based sales leader responsible for driving regional transportation growth, overseeing key OEM and Tier 1/2 accounts, developing new business, and executing full-cycle, value-based sales strategies. Leads regional commercial strategy, coordinates with global teams, and aligns with the global transportation plan while delivering technical solutions and on-site customer support. Based in North America with a preference for the Midwest region, with up to ~50% travel domestically and internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related field
- Minimum 7 years in account management or sales within transportation markets; experience with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is highly desired
- Expert in Value Selling principles, strategic thinking, and complex negotiations within technical environments
- Experience working within a global, multi-national footprint
- Ability to travel approximately 50% domestically and internationally as required
