Americas Regional Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary
Drive annual cost savings of 4-5% by holding plant managers accountable to financial objectives and managing multi-site continuous improvement projects. Build a robust "Loss Intelligence" view using value stream mapping, mass balance, and energy balance to identify conversion cost opportunities. Champion a zero-defects quality culture and ensure safety processes remain uncompromised during all improvement initiatives. Lead change management efforts across sites to overcome resistance and develop competence in CI toolsets. Travel up to 50% of the time to support operations at various manufacturing facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- L6S Master Black Belt, or experienced Black Belt
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably within the automotive supply or battery industries
- Held leadership roles in large-scale manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical process control and manufacturing data analysis
- Travel: Up to 50% of the time may be required at certain times
- Location: Dallas, TX; Tonawanda, NY; or Glastonbury, CT
