Job Summary
Regional Real Estate & Facilities Leader for the Americas responsible for leading real estate transactions across North, Central, and South America, developing regional portfolio strategy, overseeing facilities management, ensuring regulatory/EHS compliance, budgeting and financial performance, and leading a regional team. Requires multi-country portfolio management, negotiation and financial analysis, contract management, and strong stakeholder collaboration across finance, procurement, and legal. Hybrid work location in US (Eagan, MN or San Antonio, TX) with up to 10% international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10 years or real estate AND/OR facilities management experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 14 years or real estate AND/OR facilities management experience
- Eight (8) years experience managing multi-country portfolios across the Americas
- Five (5) years experience in negotiation, contract, and financial analysis
- Five (5) years nexperience managing outsourced service providers
