Job Summary
Lead and manage Protiviti's Americas Delivery Center finance and accounting pod, overseeing analysts and senior analysts across multiple projects to ensure quality and efficiency. Drive operational excellence, mentor team members, coordinate project lifecycles, manage status reporting and budget-to-actuals, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Leverage accounting knowledge to perform transaction-based activities (validation, reconciliations, postings, and reporting) and support growth through leadership and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
- 5+ years working in finance and accounting or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering multiple projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software (SAP, Blackline) preferred
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor others
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
