Job Summary
Americas Cash Operations – Control Manager Lead – Vice President role leading risk and control management within Payment Operations. Responsible for establishing and maintaining risk/control frameworks across Americas and Global Cash Operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness, coordinating with Internal Audit, Compliance (CCOR), and other partners, supporting resiliency and regulatory needs, overseeing change management and project controls, conducting root-cause analysis to prevent issues, coordinating internal audits and regulatory examinations, mapping data taxonomy, and driving global/ regional control improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes leadership with senior stakeholders, data-driven decision making, effective communication, and delivering periodic control reporting. Strong background in payments, treasury services, and familiarity with control environments and regulatory examination activities is expected, with preferred experience in global programs and people management.
