Share information on store events and promotions, resolve customer problems by converting returns into exchanges, and communicate service needs to management. Provide suggestions and product knowledge to support team and company goals within the American Girl NYC retail store.
Required Qualifications

- Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, nights and weekends
