Job Summary
Process incoming stock shipments safely and maintain stockroom standards for cleanliness and safety. Unload and load trailers with returning merchandise, including rework and doll hospital items. Maintain retail sales floor stock levels, adhere to visual standards, and fill in as necessary for special requests. Assist with floor moves, equipment maintenance, and support other store personnel to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees. Perform special projects as requested while prioritizing tasks to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Available to work open and close shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Friendly, approachable, and willing to offer assistance to a guest in a respectful manner, especially children
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail or service industry, either in material handling, shipping, receiving, retail or warehouse stock handling
