Job Summary
Senior-level role in the Americas Credit Portfolio Group as an XVA Product Control Senior Associate based in New York (Brooklyn). Responsible for producing and reporting Daily P&L and Risk, ensuring balance sheet integrity and accounting for the business, and providing detailed financial analysis and commentary to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management. Collaborates with the business and stakeholders to implement robust controls and strategic initiatives, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensures processes adapt to changing systems and control requirements. Requires extensive Product Control knowledge with CVA/FVA experience and the ability to manage P&L and risk while engaging with Front Office, Market Risk Coverage, and other control functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- 3+ years Product Control experience or equivalent
- Experience within Product Control related to CVA/FVA
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
