Job Summary
Executive Vice President of Partnerships to lead ABF’s global partnerships organization and drive commercial growth. Own the overall partnerships revenue strategy and performance across ABF’s global portfolio, set multi-year revenue targets, and personally engage in select high-value deals. Build and scale a multi-layered partnerships organization, define operating rhythms, KPIs, and forecasting, and close capability gaps through hiring and restructuring. Shape ABF’s global partnerships strategy across sectors including technology, finance, industry, government, and institutional stakeholders. Represent ABF to senior executives and strategic partners, manage pipeline, deal velocity, and pricing/packaging, and oversee negotiation strategy for high-value, multi-stakeholder agreements. Strong external credibility and network, with a track record of leading large-scale partnerships, and experience in enterprise sales, revenue leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 12–20+ years of experience in partnerships, enterprise sales, commercial leadership, or equivalent senior roles
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing commercial teams in complex, high-growth environments
- Significant experience managing senior leaders (Directors / Heads of function) with direct accountability for revenue performance
- Strong history of closing and overseeing large-scale, multi-year strategic partnerships at executive and institutional level
- Deep understanding of enterprise decision-making structures and long-cycle, multi-threaded deal environments
- Demonstrated ability to build commercial systems, not just individual performance
- Strong external credibility and an established network across relevant industries or sectors
- Exceptional leadership presence, communication ability, and strategic judgment under ambiguity
- Experience in global platforms, events, media, consulting, or ecosystem-driven businesses is highly desirable
