Job Summary
Senior Partnership Director to lead ABF's most strategic, multi-stakeholder partnerships with global institutions, Fortune 500s, sovereign entities, and leading companies. Responsibilities include originating and closing high-value, multi-year partnerships; owning a defined annual revenue portfolio; engaging senior executives in consultative, multi-threaded discussions; translating complex organizational objectives into bespoke engagement frameworks across thought leadership, convening participation, brand positioning, and executive engagement; navigating long-cycle processes with discretion; collaborating with ABF leadership on global expansion priorities and flagship programs; representing ABF in high-level forums and strategic stakeholder engagements. Requires 7–12+ years in strategic partnerships or related high-value B2B roles, proven ability to close complex partnerships, experience engaging senior executives, and strong strategic, commercial, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, institutional relations, or high-value B2B commercial roles
- Proven track record of originating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value partnerships
- Experience engaging senior executives, institutional leaders, or public sector stakeholders at C-suite or equivalent level
- Demonstrated ability to operate within long-cycle, relationship-led commercial environments
- Strong commercial acumen with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting capability
- Exceptional communication and positioning skills, with the ability to articulate value at both strategic and executive levels
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with strong judgment and discretion in high-trust environments
- Genuine interest in global affairs, economic systems, innovation, and leadership networks
