Job Summary
Welcome and greet residents, answer phones, and schedule services. Maintain inventory of spa supplies, ensure pool and jacuzzi areas are clean, and prepare massage rooms for usage. Wash, dry, and fold towels, replenish iced fruit water, and organize gym equipment including weights and mirrors. Remove trash from bathrooms and pool decks, report equipment malfunctions, and complete daily checklists of groundskeeping items. Assist other departments on projects and ensure residents comply with Association Rules and Regulations. This non-exempt hourly position involves long periods of standing and walking outdoors, with a schedule determined by the property manager. Prior experience in a luxury property is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a related position
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- The ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment
- The ability to convey a positive and 'can-do' attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with other staff
- Ability to work well with others as the role will require cooperation from other team members
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and procedures
- Manual dexterity
- Auditory and visual skills
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
