Job Summary
Amenities Agent at The Broadmoor responsible for set-up and delivery of guest amenities, inventory/restocking, and maintaining Amenity work area. Duties include delivering amenities to guest rooms, performing dish pickups, maintaining amenity storeroom, knowledge of all amenities and their locations, and using a Broadmoor vehicle to transport products between buildings. Role supports Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond standards; must uphold luxury-service expectations, safety guidelines, and company policies. Required to have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 18 years old; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, plus a positive, energetic demeanor. The position emphasizes world-class service, guest satisfaction, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18 years or older
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
