Job Summary
Develop effective, robust exercise products for Army Air Defense commanders to train in live, virtual, and constructive environments spanning battery to theater levels. Provide analytical support for planning, preparing, rehearsing, conducting, and assessing staff, table-top, mission rehearsal, and unit sustainment training events. Coordinate with Action Officers across Joint Exercise Life Cycle events, including scenario development and scripting. Serve as a member of the Exercise Control cell to direct synchronization of the Master Scenario Events List and replicate Higher Command staff elements during operational planning. Generate timely subordinate reports in response to training injects to test battle tracking and decision-making capabilities. Requires a Secret security clearance, Bachelor's degree or five years of Air and Missile Defense experience, and proficiency in Joint Planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- SECRET Security clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5 years Military experience with Air and Missile Defense operations

- Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
- Rapid Decision-making and Synchronization Process (RDSP)
- Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
