Job Summary
Senior Manager - Production responsible for leading large-scale automotive Tier 1 production operations at Autoliv Inflators India. Focus areas include health & safety, APS (Autoliv Production System), quality, productivity, cost and delivery targets, and ensuring compliance with labour, quality and environmental regulations. Lead production teams, optimize processes, manage budgeting for investment and costs, take personnel actions when needed, supervise communications with unions and stakeholders, run daily production meetings, and drive continuous improvement and the one-team philosophy across locations.
