Ambulatory Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN), Neurology, Full Time, First Shift

Provide comprehensive nursing care through remote telehealth services, including patient assessment, triage, care coordination, patient education, population health management, and patient navigation in UC Health ambulatory clinics. Collaborate with UC Health providers and staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage patients' care holistically while utilizing telehealth technology to deliver services.
