Ambulatory Surgery Center RN - Surgical

Direct, primary care of patients through pre/post surgical phases under the RN Manager. Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive peri-operative care and coordinate total patient care with the healthcare team. Serve as a patient advocate and liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families to facilitate safe and effective care flow. Assist in providing direction and supervision of nursing and support staff as assigned. Located in the Tri-Cities, this role supports Kadlec's growing open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology programs.
