Ambulatory Surgery Center RN - Orthopedic Surgery

Direct, primary care of patients through pre/post phases of surgical care under RN Manager ASC KC direction. Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive peri-operative care and coordinate total patient care with the broader health care team. Serve as a patient advocate utilizing the Patients' Bill of Rights while functioning as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families to facilitate safe and effective care flow. Accept responsibility and accountability for one's nursing practice and assist in providing direction and supervision of nursing and support staff as assigned. Maintain Washington Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS certification upon hire with one year of nursing experience.
