Ambulatory Services Rep II - Outpatient Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic

Ambulatory Services Rep II provides patient check-in/registration and coordinates with patients, providers, and staff for both virtual and in-person ambulatory clinics within the Outpatient Maternal Fetal Medicine program. Responsibilities include coordinating admissions, guiding patients through the visit process, ensuring necessary forms are completed, communicating delays or changes to staff, referring patients to financial counseling for funding concerns, managing appointment status, maintaining organized referrals/files, assisting licensed staff with non-financial aspects of admissions, handling insurance authorization, cash/deposit processes, charge entry/billing/reconciliation, and general customer service and room/flow management.
