Job Summary
Manager of Ambulatory Services overseeing day-to-day clinic operations at MUSC Health Ambulatory clinics (Okatie Medical Pavilion). Collaborates with ICCE Department leaders and other leaders to ensure efficient operations, appropriate processes, and quality patient care. Leads efforts in patient access, operational efficiency, practice optimization, fiscal stewardship, staff growth/retention, process improvement, metrics reporting, and development. Works with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure timely patient access to care and a high-quality patient care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- RN licensure by SC Board of Nursing or compact state
- AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
- Minimum of two years of prior clinical work experience
