Job Summary
Ambulatory RN position within Parrish Medical Group in Titusville, FL. Provide therapeutic, patient- and family-centered care as part of an interprofessional team in an ambulatory setting. Responsibilities include collecting and assessing patient data (in-person or via phone triage), developing and evaluating the plan of care with physician guidelines, supporting nursing interventions, coordinating care across settings, documenting assessments in the EMR, and potentially floating to other clinics as needed. Requires RN license in Florida, an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and BLS certification; 40-hour workweek; in-clinic care with standard ambulatory responsibilities including triage, medication management, and basic procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an RN education program (accredited preferred)
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred
- Active and clear State of Florida RN license required
- BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
