Job Summary
Lead clinic-based quality improvement initiatives and projects across the ambulatory environment, facilitating patient care closure in prevention and chronic disease management. Develop project plans, form work teams, and make best practice recommendations to enhance care quality while monitoring indicators to address performance variances. Collaborate with physicians, management, and clinical service lines on quality management and reporting, utilizing analytical judgment to optimize value-based revenue capture and ensure regulatory compliance. Strategically drive enhancements in care delivery and prevention rates within our comprehensive network of hospitals and care sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, nursing or other healthcare-related field
- five years of progressively responsible related work experience
- Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree in a healthcare discipline
- three years in a lead or management role
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
