Ambulatory Nurse (N)- Belleville Pulmonary

Ambulatory Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in an ambulatory clinic setting in collaboration with providers and care team to assess, develop and implement a plan of care. Responsible for guiding and supervising clinical staff in the clinic, documenting patient assessment and treatment protocols, and delivering patient education. Must use critical nursing skills to assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensure protocols and guidelines are followed, and support providers with daily patient management. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practice; preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and have 5-10 years of nursing experience, with ongoing collaboration with PCPs and specialists to optimize healthcare outcomes and wellness.
