Ambulatory Nurse Cardiology (Saint Peters)

Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to develop and implement care plans for heart failure patients, providing direct patient care, education, and triage assistance. Perform IV starts for CHF patients, assist medical assistants, and schedule procedures while assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Adhere to clinical protocols and compliance guidelines to ensure safe, cost-effective care delivery. Work Monday through Friday in a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness, with flexible hours typically running from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
