Job Summary
Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line care; administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products; and obtain vital signs while monitoring patient response. Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, perform venous phlebotomy, and complete accurate clinical documentation. Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This Per Diem role requires active RN licensure, IV certification, and 2+ years of experience, with local travel and multi-state licensure preferred. Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- IV certification
- 2+ years RN experience
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel locally to support patients
- Ability to prioritize competing demands
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to seek guidance when appropriate
- Participation in required legal and ethical compliance training
- Compliance with LUX Infusion's legal, ethical, and compliance policies
- Adherence to all standards and procedures outlined in the LUX Infusion Compliance Manual
