Job Summary
Part-time Infusion Nurse (RN) responsible for inserting, monitoring, and discontinuing IVs including central lines, administering infusion therapies and blood products, monitoring patient response and vital signs, educating patients and caregivers, performing venous phlebotomy as needed, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Requires active RN license, IV certification, central line management experience, 2+ years RN experience, CPR, and willingness to travel locally. Located in Lincoln, NE; on-site infusion suite duties with emphasis on patient-centered infusion care, coordination with care teams, and accurate nursing documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- IV certification and experience with central line management
- 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred)
- CPR certification and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel locally
- Bachelor’s degree, PICC/Port/Midline certification, and multi-state licensure preferred
