Job Summary

Room patients, collect vitals, and assist in minor office procedures for Adult Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, and Orthopedic Surgery residencies under provider supervision. Perform basic skills per department guidelines, communicate observations to the healthcare team, and manage EPIC in-basket work including FMLA and short-term disability processing. Answer phones and facilitate clinic flow while supporting resident physician development. Requires AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days. Part-time schedule of 20 hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Corewell Health's Ambulatory Care Building in Grand Rapids.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be available for weekend shifts
